  • Successful completion of a formal assessment or competency grid (such as the Parapro test)
• Previous experience as a paraprofessional or in an educational setting is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build rapport with students and staff, demonstrating patience and understanding

Responsibilities:

• Provide classroom support to teachers and assist with implementing instructional plans
• Support students individually and in small groups to reinforce learning concepts
