Support students' educational journeys as a paraprofessional in an engaging school setting near Minneapolis, MN. Two full-time contract openings are available: one supporting high school students (grades 9-12) and another working with English Language learners (grades K-12). Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Previous experience working with students in a classroom, ideally as a paraprofessional or in a similar support role
• Ability to foster positive relationships and communicate effectively with students, staff, and families
• Patient, flexible, and proactive approach to supporting diverse learners
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional relevant coursework or certifications preferred
• For the English Language (K-12) role, interest or experience in supporting English Language learners is a plus

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist classroom teachers with daily instructional tasks and individualized student support
• Help implement learning activities and accommodations for students with varying educational needs
• Maintain a structured and supportive environment that encourages student engagement
• Provide one-on-one or small-group assistance as directed by teachers and educational specialists
• Monitor classroom behavior and promote a respectful, inclusive atmosphere
• Communicate observations and student progress to the teaching team

Additional Position Details:

• High School (9-12) opening: Full-time, 7:45 AM - 2:45 PM daily
• English Language (K-12) opening: Full-time, 8:45 AM - 3:45 PM daily
