Key Qualifications:
- Experience working with children or students, especially in educational settings

Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide classroom support to teachers by assisting with daily instruction and routines
- Work one-on-one or in small groups with students, reinforcing lesson material and offering guidance when needed
- Support the implementation of individualized education plans (IEPs) under the direction of certified staff
- Foster a positive and inclusive environment to help all students succeed academically and socially
- Assist with classroom management, organization of materials, and supervising students during transitions and activities
- Maintain confidentiality and uphold professional standards at all times
