Key Qualifications:

• Experience working with children or students, especially in educational settings

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide classroom support to teachers by assisting with daily instruction and routines
• Work one-on-one or in small groups with students, reinforcing lesson material and offering guidance when needed
• Support the implementation of individualized education plans (IEPs) under the direction of certified staff
• Foster a positive and inclusive environment to help all students succeed academically and socially
• Assist with classroom management, organization of materials, and supervising students during transitions and activities
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold professional standards at all times
