Step into a pivotal role supporting K-12 students across multiple private school campuses as you facilitate vital speech and communication therapy through a dynamic, technology-driven environment. This contract position offers the valuable opportunity to serve as the on-site facilitator for virtual Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs), acting as the vital link between students and clinicians while ensuring sessions run smoothly.

With approximately 15 hours per week, you will engage students identified with speech and communication needs, assisting an average caseload of 33 learners. You’ll provide hands-on support during individual 30-minute virtual therapy sessions, foster comfortable and productive student-clinician interactions, and act as a dependable on-site presence for both educational and technology-related needs. This position runs ASAP through May 22, 2026, with flexible work between 7:30 AM and 3:30 PM depending on the SLP’s schedule.

What You Bring:

• Experience as a paraprofessional, speech aide, or school teacher, ideally within K-12 settings
• Adept with technology, comfortable assisting with virtual sessions (training provided if needed)
• Strong communication skills and a talent for supporting students in a school setting
• U.S. citizenship, local residency, and the ability to provide two professional references
• Must be 18 years or older

Your Impact and Daily Role:

• Serve as the hands-on facilitator for VocoVision-provided SLP services
• Support students during virtual sessions, collaborating with SLPs and other professionals
