Desired Qualifications:

• Experience working as a Paraprofessional or in a related educational support role
• Ability to assist teachers in managing classroom activities

• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional relevant certifications are a plus

Key Responsibilities:

• Support teachers by providing small-group or one-on-one academic assistance to students
• Help implement lesson plans and reinforce learning concepts
• Supervise students during classroom transitions, recess, and lunch periods
• Assist in maintaining a positive and productive classroom atmosphere
• Work closely with students with diverse learning needs, offering encouragement and guidance
• Document observations and communicate student progress as directed by the classroom teacher
