Key Qualifications:

• Experience working as a Paraprofessional or in a school-based setting preferred
• Ability to engage and interact positively with school-aged children
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit
• Dependability and a genuine passion for supporting student growth
• Ability to maintain a supportive, inclusive, and safe environment
• High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant certifications a plus

Your Responsibilities:

• Assist students with academic support and enrichment activities in the after-school program
• Foster a positive, respectful atmosphere where all students feel valued
• Support lead teachers and staff in implementing program plans
• Supervise students and ensure adherence to program guidelines
• Provide one-on-one or small group assistance as needed
• Contribute to a safe and engaging after-school experience
