What We’re Looking For:

• Experience as a paraprofessional, teacher’s aide, instructional assistant, or similar role
• Familiarity with supporting students at elementary and/or middle school levels

• High school diploma or equivalent (some positions may require additional certification)

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist students individually or in small groups with instruction, assignments, and activities
• Support teachers and staff with classroom management and behavior interventions
• Help implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and classroom modifications as directed
• Foster a safe and respectful environment for learning and social development
• Supervise students during transitions, meals, recess, and other non-instructional times
• Provide clerical or organizational assistance to educators as needed
