Key Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a paraprofessional in a school or related setting

• Strong skills in de-escalation, crisis intervention, and behavioral support
• High level of patience, empathy, and adaptability
• Ability to build positive relationships with students, families, and colleagues
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and following district protocols

Key Responsibilities:
