Qualifications & Experience:
- Previous experience as a paraprofessional, instructional aide, or similar capacity preferred

- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher is a plus

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist teachers with instructional activities and classroom management

- Help implement educational plans and accommodations
- Supervise students during non-instructional times, ensuring safety and engagement
