Bring your passion for supporting students to a rewarding contract position assisting learners in an engaging elementary school environment. Work closely with dedicated educational professionals in an Autistic Support caseload, contributing to a positive, safe, and student-centered atmosphere.

In this full-time, onsite role, you'll play an essential part in fostering student growth and inclusion. With working hours from 8:50 am to 3:50 pm (including a 30-minute unpaid lunch), you'll build strong relationships and help create meaningful learning experiences each day.

What we're looking for:

• Previous school-based paraprofessional or PCA experience is highly valued
• Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and flexibility
• Willingness to work under teacher guidance and direction
• Compassionate, student-first mindset
• Comfort providing personal care and maintaining student safety as needed
• Current CPR/First Aid and CPI certifications preferred, or willingness to obtain both within the first 10 school days (training arranged as needed)
• Ability to maintain all required clearances and submit references and a resume for consideration

Key responsibilities:

• Provide support within Autistic Support settings, adapting assistance to meet individual student needs
• Collaborate with classroom teachers and staff to implement educational plans
• Offer personal care, monitoring, and behavioral support when appropriate
• Maintain accurate records and uphold confidentiality
• Support an inclusive, respectful environment every day
