Instructional Aide in Napa, CA

Desired Qualifications:

• Prior experience as a paraprofessional or in a classroom support role is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with students, teachers, and parents
• Ability to assist with individualized instruction and classroom management
• Patient, compassionate, and flexible when working with students of varying abilities and backgrounds
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional coursework or certification in education is a plus
• Capable of maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times
• Physically able to support students as needed, including assisting with activities or mobility

Key Responsibilities:
