Instructional Assistant - Naperville, IL

Key Qualifications:

• Demonstrated experience as a paraprofessional, classroom aide, or similar educational support role

Responsibilities:

• Assist teachers in delivering lesson plans and educational activities for individual students or small groups
• Support students with academic tasks, classroom participation, and daily routines
• Encourage and model positive behaviors to create an inclusive classroom environment
• Collaborate with staff to supervise students in classrooms, hallways, and common areas
• Help implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and specialized strategies for students requiring accommodations
• Adapt to the unique culture and expectations of the school while maintaining confidentiality at all times
