Teacher's Aide - Nashua, New Hampshire

Make an impact in educational settings while supporting students as a full-time paraprofessional. This contract position starts as soon as possible and runs through June 11, 2026. You'll split your time between two local sites, working closely with students of varying needs and abilities. This dynamic role offers the chance to provide essential academic, behavioral, and social support, ensuring every student has the resources necessary to succeed.

Key qualifications:

• Previous paraprofessional experience in a school or similar educational environment preferred
• Ability to adapt to diverse classroom settings and interact positively with students
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach with teachers and staff
• Dependable and organized, with a passion for helping children grow
• Flexibility to rotate between two locations as assigned

Primary responsibilities:

• Deliver one-on-one and small group support to students under teacher supervision
• Assist instructors in preparing and organizing classroom activities and materials
• Encourage student engagement and participation in both academic and social contexts
• Help maintain a supportive, inclusive, and structured environment for all students
• Track student progress and share observations with the educational team
• Assist with supervision during transitions, lunchtime, and other daily routines
