Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework or relevant certification is a plus

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide instructional support to students under the direction of classroom teachers
• Assist individuals or small groups with assignments and classroom activities
• Foster a safe, encouraging, and inclusive learning atmosphere
• Support students with special needs to access curriculum and participate in activities
• Help maintain records of students’ progress and behavior for teacher reference
• Supervise students during transitions, lunch, recess, or other non-instructional periods as assigned
