Instructional Assistant - Nazareth, PA

What You’ll Do:

• Assist teachers in delivering instructional activities and classroom management
• Support students individually and in small groups to reinforce lessons and encourage engagement
• Help implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and accommodate diverse learning needs
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and productive classroom atmosphere
• Supervise students in various settings, including the classroom, halls, and during bus routines
• Prepare learning materials and maintain an organized, supportive environment
• Communicate clearly and professionally with staff, students, and families as needed

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience working with children in educational or youth support settings preferred
• Ability to follow directions and work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication skills and a caring, patient demeanor
• High school diploma or equivalent required; further education or paraprofessional training is a plus
