Primary Responsibilities:

• Assist lead teachers in classroom instruction and management
• Support students individually or in small groups, reinforcing lessons and encouraging engagement
• Help implement individualized education plans (IEPs) under supervision
• Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom atmosphere
• Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teachers
• Supervise students in various settings, including classrooms, halls, and outdoor activities
• Assist with classroom preparation, organization, and clean-up
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
