Your Impact & Responsibilities:

  • Provide classroom assistance and one-on-one support to students as directed by educators
  • Help create an organized, welcoming, and safe classroom environment
  • Support students with classroom assignments and activities, both individually and in small groups
  • Reinforce lessons and monitor student engagement
  • Assist in implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) under teacher guidance
  • Manage classroom materials and resources for daily instruction
  • Contribute to a positive and effective school experience for all students
