Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Previous experience as a paraprofessional or in a similar support role within a school setting is highly valued
• A passion for helping students achieve academic and personal success
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, staff, and families
• Organizational skills for assisting with classroom management and activities
• Patience, adaptability, and commitment to student well-being
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications are an advantage

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide instructional and behavioral support to students as directed by classroom teachers
• Assist students with assignments, activities, and classroom engagement
• Support students with special needs following individualized plans and accommodations
• Help maintain a positive and safe classroom environment
• Monitor student progress and communicate observations to teaching staff
• Prepare learning materials and assist with classroom organization
• Accompany students during transitions throughout the school day
• Uphold confidentiality and professionalism at all times
