Desired Qualifications and Experience:

• Previous experience as a paraprofessional in a school setting is highly preferred
• Understanding of classroom management and experience working closely with students
• Ability to support individual students or small groups, adapting to diverse learning needs

• Reliable, punctual, and able to follow directions from teaching staff and administrators
• Enthusiasm for creating a supportive and positive learning atmosphere

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assist teachers in delivering instructional activities and adapting materials
• Support the implementation of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) as assigned
• Provide one-on-one or small group guidance to students, fostering engagement and understanding
• Help supervise students in classrooms, hallways, lunch periods, and during transitions
• Assist with recordkeeping, preparation of instructional materials, and classroom organization
• Encourage positive behavior and model respectful interactions
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with school policies at all times
