What We're Looking For:

• Prior experience as a paraprofessional in a school environment (required)
• Flexibility to work with students from various grade levels, Pre-K through high school
• Ability to provide individualized or group support as directed by educators or specialists
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for working with students, teachers, and staff
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to fulfilling the contract duration
• Enthusiasm for inclusive education and supporting diverse learner needs

Responsibilities Include:

• Assisting classroom teachers in instructional activities and classroom management
• Providing one-on-one or small group academic and behavioral support
• Aiding in the implementation of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Supporting daily routines, transitions, and engagement in school activities
• Helping maintain a positive, respectful classroom environment for all age groups
• Communicating observations and student progress to supervising educators
