Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized support for students, adhering to plans outlined in PPT and IEP documents
• Assist teachers daily with instructional activities and classroom management
• Foster an inclusive, encouraging atmosphere for all learners
• Help supervise students throughout the school day, adapting to various classroom dynamics
• Deliver hands-on support, including toileting assistance when needed
• Work effectively as a team member to implement educational and behavioral strategies

Qualifications:

• Prior experience as a paraprofessional or directly related field required
• Possess a Paraprofessional Certificate OR an Associate’s degree (or at least 60 college credit hours)
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
