Key Qualifications:

• Prior experience required as a paraprofessional or in a closely related field
• Paraprofessional Certification OR Associate’s degree (or at least 60 college credits) or higher
• Compassionate, reliable, and eager to contribute to a nurturing educational setting
• Willingness to assist with all aspects of student care, including toileting if needed

What You’ll Do:

• Provide personalized one-on-one and classroom support for students alongside lead teachers
• Assist in implementing instructional plans outlined in each child’s PPT and IEP
• Help ensure the safety and engagement of students throughout the school day
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment
• Collaborate with teachers and supervisors to help each student reach their full potential
