This full-time position is available immediately and runs through the end of the academic year. Qualifications & Preferred Experience:

• Previous experience as a paraprofessional or educational support staff is highly valued
• Special education and/or behavioral support experience preferred
• Comfortable working with students in Grades K-5, 6-8, or 9-12
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with teachers and staff
• Patient, reliable, and flexible in adapting to the needs of various students
• High school diploma or equivalent (additional certifications a plus)

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct support to students one-on-one or within classroom settings
• Assist with the implementation of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and behavioral plans
• Support teachers with lesson preparation and classroom management
• Encourage and reinforce positive student behavior, engagement, and participation
• Monitor student progress and communicate updates to teaching staff
• Help facilitate a supportive and inclusive classroom environment
