Qualifications & Experience:

• Experience working with K-12 students, ideally within school environments.
• Previous special education or behavioral support experience strongly preferred.
• Willingness to work in either 1:1 or classroom support roles.
• Patient, compassionate, and adaptable approach to teaching and learning.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist lead teachers in delivering academic and behavioral support to students from Kindergarten through high school.
• Provide individualized attention to students as a 1:1 or support the overall classroom environment.
• Support implementation of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and behavior plans.
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and supportive classroom atmosphere.
• Help students with daily classroom activities, organization, transitions, and engagement.
