Qualifications & Experience:

• Prior experience working as a paraprofessional or instructional aide in a school setting preferred
• Experience supporting grades K-5, 6-8, or 9-12

• Ability to contribute effectively to 1:1 and classroom roles
• Compassion, reliability, and adaptability
• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or relevant certification a plus

Key Responsibilities:

• Support students under the direction of teaching staff in individual and group activities
• Provide assistance with academic tasks, behavioral plans, and social-emotional support
• Collaborate closely with teachers and related service staff
• Help maintain a structured, safe, and positive classroom environment
• Adapt assistance methods based on student needs
• Assist in documenting student progress and classroom activities
