What You'll Do:

Support students with IEPs in inclusive and special education settings
Assist teachers with instruction, behavioral support, and daily student needs
Help create a safe, positive learning environment for all students

Need to be able to go to work every day

What You Need:

Associate's degree or 48+ college credit hours (may be required by some districts)

Ability to pass a CT background check

A genuine passion for working with kids

Experience with special needs, ABA, or CPI is a plus — but heart and dedication matter most.
