Position Qualifications:

• Paraprofessional experience in school settings preferred
• Valid Para Pro credential for Minnesota or 60 completed college credits
• Crisis Prevention Training certification required

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist teachers in delivering instructional support and implementing learning activities
• Provide guidance and encouragement to students needing additional academic or behavioral assistance
• Work one-on-one or in small groups to reinforce lessons and skills
• Help maintain a safe, respectful classroom and manage crisis situations as needed
• Communicate effectively with staff, students, and families
