Key Responsibilities:

• Support students individually or in small groups to reinforce instructional material and learning objectives
• Assist lead teachers with classroom management and student engagement

• Accompany students during transitions, lunch, or other activities as needed
• Collect data and document student progress under guidance from certified staff
• Promote a positive, inclusive classroom atmosphere
