Qualifications and Experience:
- Previous experience as a Paraprofessional or in a similar school support role is highly desirable
- Comfortable working with students of varying ages and abilities
- Ability to assist teachers with classroom activities and manage small groups

- Effective communication skills to coordinate with teachers, staff, and parents
- High school diploma or equivalent required; completion of additional relevant training or education is a plus
Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one or small-group assistance to students during classroom activities
- Help implement lesson plans and educational activities as directed by classroom teachers
- Offer encouragement and positive reinforcement to support student growth
- Assist students with special needs, ensuring their safety and engagement
- Support classroom organization and maintain a supportive learning atmosphere
