Key Qualifications:

• Prior experience as a paraprofessional in an educational setting strongly preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly
• Ability to support students individually or in small groups, following outlined educational plans
• Pennsylvania Department of Education (PDE) clearances required before start (background check, FBI fingerprinting, PA Child Abuse clearance)
