Title: Paraprofessional / Personal Care Assistant – Full-Time School-Based Position

Overview: Soliant Education is seeking dedicated Paraprofessionals/Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) to join our team for the 2026/2027 school year. With 20 openings available, this is an excellent opportunity to support students with a variety of educational and behavioral needs across multiple specialized programs. Pay and Benefits:
Up to $18.00 per hour based on experience and qualifications

Requirements:
Previous experience working with children or individuals with special needs preferred
School-based experience preferred
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to support students with behavioral, emotional, and developmental needs
Onsite
Responsibilities:
Provide classroom and personal care support to students
Assist teachers with instructional and behavioral interventions
Support students in transition, autism, emotional support, and multiple disabilities programs
Promote a safe, positive, and inclusive learning environment
Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and school staff to support student success
Interview Process:
(10-15) minute screening call with a Soliant Education Recruiter
Interview directly with the school district
The Director is interviewing immediately
Offer is typically within 24 hours of the interview.
Work Hours:
Full-Time
Monday–Friday
Approximately 8:00 AM – 3:30 PM (some positions 8:20 AM – 3:50 PM)
