Openings are available in both elementary (8:15 am–3:15 pm) and middle/high schools (7:15 am–2:15 pm), with schedules tailored to each setting, totaling 35 hours per week. As a paraprofessional, your presence will be instrumental in shaping academic and social experiences, embracing every day’s unique challenges and rewards.

Desired Qualifications:

• Current paraprofessional certificate required
• Experience supporting students in classroom settings preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to adapt to various learning needs and situations

Key Responsibilities:

• Support classroom instruction under the guidance of certified teachers
• Assist students individually and in small groups, providing tailored academic and behavioral support
• Foster an inclusive, positive environment for all students
• Help implement instructional strategies and accommodations
• Supervise students during class, lunch, recess, and transitions
• Contribute to team discussions and support teachers with educational materials as needed
