We’re seeking Paraprofessionals and Instructional Assistants with prior experience in school settings. Qualifications:

• Previous experience working in a school environment as a Paraprofessional or Instructional Assistant
• Ability to adapt and respond positively to behavioral challenges
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Understanding of child development and classroom management techniques
• Flexibility and reliability to work full-time on a contract basis

Responsibilities:

• Assist classroom teachers with instructional support and classroom activities
• Work one-on-one or in small groups with students who need extra support, including those with behavioral needs
• Help implement individual education plans (IEPs) and accommodate diverse learning styles
• Foster an inclusive, encouraging, and safe classroom atmosphere
• Support students in developing social skills and independence
