Primary Responsibilities:

• Assist teachers with instructional duties, including small group and one-on-one student support

• Promote classroom engagement and inclusive participation for all students
• Supervise students throughout the school day, including transitions and breaks
• Document student progress and communicate important observations to teaching staff
• Participate in professional development and team meetings as requested
