Ideal candidates will bring:

• Previous experience as a paraprofessional in a school environment or related educational role
• Proficiency in providing individualized attention to students and assisting with instructional activities
• A strong ability to communicate, collaborate, and build rapport with students, teachers, and staff
• Flexibility, resourcefulness, and a commitment to fostering a positive learning atmosphere
• High school diploma or equivalent required; further education or relevant certifications preferred

As a valued paraprofessional, you will:

• Work closely with classroom teachers to adapt and implement instructional plans
• Offer direct support to students, including assisting with individualized education programs (IEPs)
• Encourage student independence and engagement through positive reinforcement techniques
• Help maintain an organized, inclusive, and safe classroom environment
• Accompany students during classroom activities, transitions, and, when needed, assist with personal care tasks
