Qualifications and Experience:

• Proven experience as a paraprofessional or instructional assistant

• Experience working across grade levels (K-12) is strongly preferred

• Excellent communication and rapport-building with students and staff
• Willingness to work full school year on a district-wide assignment
• High level of professionalism and a genuine passion for helping students succeed

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct support and assistance to students throughout the school day
• Work collaboratively with teachers, special education staff, and administrators
• Assist with implementing behavioral plans and academic programs
