Key Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a paraprofessional or within a school setting preferred
• Passion for working with students from diverse backgrounds and ability levels
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Ability to provide instructional, behavioral, and physical support under teacher supervision
• High school diploma or equivalent required; further relevant coursework or certification is a plus

Core Responsibilities:

• Work one-on-one or in small groups with students, offering academic and behavioral support
• Assist in implementing lesson plans and individualized education goals as directed by certified staff
• Help promote a positive, inclusive classroom atmosphere
• Support teachers with classroom management, preparation of materials, and data collection
• Contribute to a safe, orderly environment and provide assistance with daily classroom routines
• Communicate effectively with colleagues, students, and families
