Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Experience as a paraprofessional or in a related educational support role preferred
- Skills in classroom management and working with children in diverse learning environments
- Ability to collaborate closely with teachers and other staff

- Adaptable and positive attitude when meeting student needs
- High school diploma or equivalent (associates degree or specific paraprofessional certification may be required)

Key Responsibilities:
- Support instructional goals under the guidance of teachers, adapting materials as needed for individual learners
- Assist students one-on-one or in small groups with classwork and activities
- Provide behavioral and social-emotional support to foster a nurturing classroom environment
- Help with the supervision of students during transitions, lunch, recess, and bus arrivals/departures
- Track and report on student progress, contributing to IEP or 504 Plan implementation when necessary
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to deliver an inclusive educational experience for all students
