Multiple full-time opportunities are available in the San Mateo/San Francisco Bay Area, with a focus on school sites in and around Hillsborough, Colma, Daly City, San Bruno, and San Mateo. Key Qualifications:

• Associate’s degree or higher required
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to commute to your assigned school
• Must currently reside in the San Mateo/San Francisco Bay Area (candidates should not live in the East Bay or South Bay)
• Preferred: At least 2 years of recent, relevant school-based support experience
• Experience in data collection, behavioral interventions, or Safety Care training is a plus

Key Responsibilities:

• Support students daily at a designated school site (Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 2:30pm, 30 hours per week)
• Monitor and document student progress as directed by the Behavior Supervisor or Special Education Teacher
• Demonstrate flexibility and professionalism when interacting with students, staff, and colleagues
• Maintain excellent attendance and consistent reliability
• Assist with school readiness skills, pre-academic activities, and fostering social development during group interactions and recess
