Desired Qualifications:

• Experience working with children or youth, preferably in educational or care settings
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Adaptability and patience in dynamic classroom environments
• Ability to assist with classroom management and support students with diverse learning needs
• High school diploma or GED required; additional coursework or certification in education a plus

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct support to students under teacher guidance, including academic assistance and encouragement
• Help implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and other learning strategies for students with special needs
• Foster an inclusive and positive learning atmosphere
• Assist with classroom organization, material preparation, and activities
• Supervise students in classrooms, hallways, cafeterias, and playgrounds, ensuring safety at all times
• Collaborate with teachers and school staff to create an engaging educational experience
