1:1 Special Education Para Professional in Oakland, ME

Make a meaningful difference in the lives of students as an Education Technician in a supportive school environment. This full-time, contract position runs Monday through Friday, 7:30 am to 2:15 pm, with an immediate start and the possibility of renewal at the end of the school year.

In this role, you'll work closely with students on a one-on-one basis, providing essential guidance, support, and encouragement throughout their educational journey. As a valued member of the school community, you'll partner with teachers and other professionals to help students reach their full potential.

What you'll bring:

• A current Ed Tech III Certification (required)
• Experience working as a paraprofessional or in a similar support role within a school setting

• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, students, and families
• Commitment to supporting individual student needs through patience, empathy, and adaptability
