Step into a meaningful role as a Behavior Aide, supporting special education students during the 2026-2027 school year! This contract position, located near Orange, CA, offers a rewarding opportunity to provide personalized assistance to learners with unique behavioral needs. You'll work standard school hours, totaling approximately 30 hours per week, and follow the campus bell schedule. Compensation for this role is between $24-27 per hour, depending on your experience.

In this position, you will provide essential 1:1 support for students with a variety of behavioral and developmental profiles, from mild/moderate to moderate/severe. Students may present with challenges such as ADHD, Autism, hyperactivity, elopement, general disruption, or mild to moderate aggression. Your compassion and skill will help foster a safe and positive learning environment for all.

Ideal candidates bring:

  • Previous experience as a paraprofessional or behavior aide in a school setting
  • Crisis intervention and de-escalation training
