Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Experience working with school-age children in educational or childcare settings.
• Familiarity with special education, learning accommodations, or behavior management is a plus.
• Strong communication, patience, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; paraprofessional certification preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide instructional, behavioral, and personal support to students individually or in small groups.
• Help implement lesson plans and classroom activities under the direction of certified teachers.

• Assist with classroom organization, supervision, and preparation of materials.
