Compensation for this position is $20 per hour.

Desired Experience & Qualifications:

• Prior experience supporting children or students in classroom or care settings preferred
• Strong communication, patience, and collaboration skills
• Willingness to provide toileting assistance as needed
• Reliable, organized, and able to follow guidance from teaching staff

Responsibilities:

• Provide classroom support in both instructional and non-instructional tasks
• Foster student engagement and model appropriate behavior
• Implement small-group or one-on-one assistance per teacher direction
• Assist with tasks including toileting and other personal care as needed
• Collaborate with school professionals to ensure students’ safety and success
