What You’ll Bring:

• Highly qualified status as a Paraprofessional, required prior to presentation (either passing the MN Para Educator Exam or 60+ college credits with official transcripts)
• Prior experience working with middle school students or in special education environments is highly valued
• Flexibility, strong communication skills, and the ability to follow support plans for students
• Willingness to assist in all aspects of student support—including toileting needs, as this is an expectation for all support staff

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Provide daily academic, social, and behavioral support to students as directed by teachers and team leaders
• Assist with individual and small group instruction and classroom management
• Support students in various settings throughout the school day, both in and out of the classroom
• Foster an inclusive, positive climate aligned with each school’s mission and expectations
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold district policies in all interactions

Perks & Contract Details:

• Steady Monday–Friday schedule, 32.5 hours per week
• Contract period runs approximately August 31, 2026, to November 29, 2026, with the opportunity for direct hire conversion after 422 hours
• Compensation is set at $20 per hour for all candidates, with direct hire opportunities to follow
