To qualify, you must be considered highly qualified by meeting at least one of the following:

• Passing the MN Board Highly Qualified Para Exam or Para Educator Exam (official score required).
• At least 60 college credits with an official college transcript (photos or diplomas do not suffice).

Additional candidate requirements:

• Resume and one highly qualified document (official score or transcripts) must be submitted for review.
• Ability to promptly start and commit to a full-time schedule: approximately 32.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
• Willingness to convert to a direct hire role after fulfilling the initial contract period (approx. 422 hours).

Responsibilities include:

• Providing individualized assistance to students per their educational plans.
