With 15–20 openings in classrooms serving grades K-12, you’ll have the chance to work with a diverse student population in one of three specialized classroom types: Life Skills, Autism (SAILS), and Behavior (BSC). High-incidence rooms offer varied daily experiences, perfect for those passionate about student support and adaptable learning environments.

Applicants will undergo an initial interview to discuss assignment preferences, helping place you in a role best aligned with your strengths and interests. Candidates with prior experience supporting students in school settings will receive priority consideration. Specific school locations and assignments will be provided following a successful interview and offer.

What You’ll Bring:

• Paraprofessional experience, ideally in K-12 schools
• A background supporting students in Life Skills, Autism, or Behavioral/High-Incidence programs is a plus
• Strong communication, empathy, and adaptability
• Ability to collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families

• Support students individually and in small groups to encourage academic, social, and behavioral growth
