Key Qualifications & Experience:

• Previous experience as a paraprofessional or classroom assistant preferred
• Understanding of classroom management and child development

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assist teachers with classroom instruction and activities
• Provide one-on-one or small group support to students, helping them stay engaged and on track
• Help implement individualized education plans (IEPs) under teacher guidance
• Manage and supervise students during classroom activities, hall transitions, and lunch or recess
• Support positive behavior strategies and contribute to a safe, respectful classroom environment
• Prepare learning materials or instructional resources as needed
