What You’ll Be Doing:

• Collaborating with classroom teachers to deliver instructional and behavioral support
• Assisting students one-on-one or in small groups to ensure they stay engaged and on track
• Helping implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and accommodations
• Supporting classroom management and fostering a safe, positive school climate
• Encouraging social and emotional growth while promoting student independence
