Qualifications:
- ESEA Certification required (active status preferred, but pending applications will be considered)
- Previous experience as a paraprofessional in a school setting is a plus

- Ability to follow teacher instructions and school procedures with attention to detail
Responsibilities:
- Support classroom instruction by assisting teachers in daily activities
- Provide one-on-one or small group support to students as needed
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment
- Help implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and behavioral strategies
- Assist with classroom organization, materials preparation, and routine supervision
- Encourage student participation and celebrate progress
