- Previous experience as a Teacher’s Aide or Assistant, preferably in a preschool or elementary setting

- Patience, adaptability, and excellent communication skills

Key responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one support to a preschool student, facilitating both academic and social development
- Collaborate closely with classroom teachers and special education staff to implement individualized strategies
- Assist with daily routines, personal care, and reinforcing positive behaviors
- Maintain clear documentation and consistent communication with educational team members
