Key Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a paraprofessional in a school setting is highly valued.
• Comfortable working with various technologies to support virtual instruction.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to undergo and pass background checks, including fingerprinting conducted by the district.
• Reliable transportation to maintain consistent, punctual attendance.
• Availability to work from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday.

Role Responsibilities:

• Support instructional activities under the guidance of certified teachers and virtual providers.
• Serve as a point of contact between remote instructors and students, ensuring clear communication.
• Assist students with technology setup, troubleshooting basic issues, and ensuring devices are ready for learning.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions within the school environment.
• Uphold a safe, inclusive, and respectful atmosphere for students and staff.
• Perform supervisory duties and assist with individual or small group instruction as needed.
